It's plain simple: I have a small business, I was denied for Payouts access once, my business is small and I doubt I'll ever meet the transaction volume requirement.
Question is I dont have any way to integrate money sending to any Paypal account on my website, and I'm stuck for years with manual filling on the Paypal page.
Isn't there any integrated solution that fits my simple needs?
