Afternoon,
I'm trying to setup shipping rates based upon the customers country. Having followed all the guidance on the PayPal website / online tutorials, I can't seem to find the right place.
I've just been to:
1. App Centre
2. Postage Calculator - which states: "Offer domestic and international shipping methods at checkout"
3. When this loads, it takes me to 'Postage Calculations', but the page only displays options to set shipping rates based upon the amount the customer is spending. Multiple pre-defined price ranges appear. I have a 'save' and 'clear' buttons.
How do I access the settings to create domestic and international shipping methods?
