I do understand your query. Currently it is not possible for customers to lock and unlock their PayPal cards themselves. If you have lost your card, or simply misplaced it you can contact our Customer Support to have a freeze put on your card. To do this, please call us using the number on the back of your card.
If this feature does become avilable in the future, our customers will be notified.
