How do I change my billing address on Paypal credit?

I'm having trouble changing the billing address on paypal credit. I no longer live at the address tied to it and when I went to edit/delete it I was told that it could not be deleted or edited because it's tied to paypal credit and I already have the same address on Paypal. I've tried looking around to just change the address on credit, but have come up short. Would appreciate any help.
