Did $5 reward until 31 march ran out?

I get an email to claim $5 until 31 match but i couldn't claim it. Did the reward ran out? So why am i still receiving an email like that, yesterday i got the same email

i received an email saying that i have a £5 reward and when i claimed it a message came up saying that the offer is closed as too many people have already claimed it. this was half an hour after receiving the email.
