My Paypal statement says I have 28,000+ rewards points. Online, the wallet says I have 0 rewards points. How do I make these jive?
Also, how do I spend the rewards points? I've read ever info thing on the website, talked to two live people and still can't figure out how to spend the points.
I have a couple other cards with rewards and they're very straightforward and easy to use. Why is Paypal so difficult? Because they don't want people to use the rewards?
