No option to pay with credit

I just got approved for a PayPal credit line yesterday. I saw eBay doing 0% interest when paid in full in 12 months so I figured why not take advantage of it. Whenever I go to check out it brings me to the PayPal checkout website but only gives me the option to “pay in 4”, no option to use my credit. I thought it was an eBay problem but I used other sites and still nothing.

Are your purchases over $99 as per link?

Well over, $400. When I continue the checkout in the PayPal window it only gives the option to pay now, or pay later with the 4 payments.
