Charged twice on two pay in 3 payments

I've been charged twice for two of my pay in 3 plans. They are both currently pending but I'm just wondering how this has happened, as how it has happened twice. I've tried messaging paypal but with no help. The duplicate payments are only showing in my online banking, not in my paypal account.

I also have this problem, altough it is actually showing in my paypal activity. Did you get this sorted? is it normal?

@Blisz Hey, yeah mine isn't showing twice in paypal, just twice in my bank. It's happened twice though. Not sorted yet. Going to wait another day or two then report the transaction to my bank.
