Can someone please help me setup virtual terminal as pay pal cant even return my call or anything i have called them 11 times in 1 month no help apparently it needs to be implicated to my account yet no one can do that ? or has attempted to help me do that or even returned my calls

It says here:

”To set up Virtual Terminal, go to your Business Tools and click the Virtual Terminal tile. Once you've applied, we'll email you in approximately 2 days to let you know if your application was approved.”
