Can I use PayPal and PayPal Credit as a payment option on a website that contains prohibited items?

We are looking to add PayPal and PayPal Credit onto our website as a payment option at checkout, but have a few questions that we are not too sure on:

As a firearms retailer, we understand not being able to sell items that are prohibited e.g., weapons and knives etc. but we want to allow PayPal and PayPal credit for items such as clothing and accessories and other items that are permitted. We are able to disable PayPal from certain items/categories within our website so would block purchases for these prohibited items.

Is this combination possible?

Many Thanks.

Hello @SGCexeter22

Welcome to the PayPal Community, and thanks for the post!

I understand you'd like to learn more about accepting payments using PayPal. It is possible to link add-to-cart buttons to specific items on a website. You can learn more about creating buttons on our Help Center here: How do I add a PayPal payment button? I also recommend reviewing our Button Manager documents. If you'd like to start accepting Pay Later options, a great place to start is on our website here: Pay Later. For more assistance setting up buttons and reviewing what options may be best for your business, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.

I hope this information helps!
