denied receipt of monies

waiting on a transfer from my sister. i logged onto my account to receive the monies, went through all of the required steps only to get an error message stating "there's a problem" "right now we're not aable to complete this transaction" Help needed!

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
