IS this an error PAYPAL cannot fix? It that why they ignore it? Well, that would really be rubbish.
For months I use diy.com to order and pay for it via paypal. Suddenly, only option is card payment. And when I process the details, they are rejected. I have got to call B and Q and pay via phone. The error is not at B and Q but al paypal.
