SUPPLIER REFUND NOTIFICATION

A supplier has sent me notification of a refund but as i had no active Paypal account at the time it went on hold. I know have an active account but cant seem to work out how to claim the funds

If you didn't log in to pay in the first place then you would have used a card to make the payment.

In that case the refund automatically goes back to that card.
