I had uploaded 60 euros to my account via transaction (not directly via credit card), but in the end I didn't use it. So I wanted this amount back on my card. Because I'm not used to using PayPal, I tried something and clicked on "Refund" and did "Issue Refund". However, I haven't got the money back on my account yet and I didn't receive an email that it will be refunded. On the screenshot you can see what I did. I would like help with this.
