My end goal is to send money from my indian credit card to a singapore paypal account. Fine with forex charges.
Option 1: Pay invoice - I am unable to make payment on the invoice sent from Singapore.
Option 2: Send money - I tried making a successful transaction of 1 INR, but couldn't do the same with higher amounts. I need to make a transfer of about 200K INR, does PayPal has a limit?
What happen is no matter how many times i added my credit card information, the card does not appear for me to proceed with payment. I have check with my credit card vendor, there is no issue with the card. The spending limit is also well above what i need to spend. Could this be a PayPal glitch? I tried lower amounts, and was sure that 65,000 INR can be transferred, but on another few attempts, this can't be done anymore.
