Refund was refunded to a prepaid card that can’t get money added to it

Someone please help me with this I bought a pair of shoes on goat for 215 and later the purchase was canceled by goat and it said that I got a refund to my prepaid gift card but that card can not get refunds I just want my money back

It'll refund to the card. The transaction is basically reversed, not "reloaded". Allow a week, up to 30 days for the "refund" to be credited back to card.
