Refund to PayPal credit

I've recently had an event cancelled due to covid 19. They have refunded me the full amount but it has gone into my PayPal credit account. How can I retrieve the money? I can't find a way to access it or transfer it.

I couldn't get hold of them over the phone, so I had to spend the money online. Or maybe if a friend wants to buy something, spend the money that way.
