Hi, I'm waiting for a refund from Cebu Air Inc since April. I used my ATM that was connected to my Paypal account when I paid. They said that the payment was reversed to their system. May I know why? The ATM was closed by the bank due to low maintaining balance. How do I get my refund then? Any help would be appreciated! 🙂
