Problem with receiving test run $ from pay pal

I have supplied all required details, including banking.

I am instructed to check my bank account and type in the amount deposited, being under %0.50 cents.

When I check there is nothing showing up in my bank account.

Therefore I am unable to accept the payment owed to me that is pending.
