Postal (Zip) Codes

I am trying to load a card with a postal (zip) code from Scotland. These codes are alpha numeric and the Paypal system does not recognize these.

PayPal accounts are country specific. Can't linked a card issued in Scotland to South Africa PayPal account. Or, change the billing address of the card to your South African billing address that matches what's in your PayPal account and then try linking it.
