Paypal asks me to add a method of payment

When I try to buy, Paypal asks me to add a method of payment, and after I add my bank account information, it tells me that the account is already registered, what should I do in order to overcome this problem? Note that I am facing a problem now because of this thing. The seller on eBay is asking me to pay, otherwise he will file a lawsuit.

File a lawsuit for a buyer on ebay  🤣 I would take that very lightly.

I doubt any seller would do that, they would just file an unpaid item dispute > get their fees back and re-sell.

Have you confirmed your bank account with the 4 digit code?

If that doesn't work then try adding a debit or credit card to use and confirm that as well.
