I made some purchases last week totalling around £600, I used my bank account as the sourcing fund not realising they don't take the money straight away. Anyway i must not have had enough money in the bank when they tried for payment so they put my PayPal balance in the negative. I paid the negative balance in full but the next day they also took the money from my bank account so I have now paid the money twice. Is this normal and will I get my money back?
You need to speak with customer service rep. No on here has access to your account. Click "Help" at the top menu and scroll down to "Contact Us" and select the phone option.
