I'm getting this error message for the first time today from a merchant I buy from regularly:
PayPal Blocking Duplicate Order IDs If you continue to get this message try reloading this page and re-entering your payment method.
Any ideas on why I'm getting this? I'm pretty sure it's a problem on their end, just think they're not that sure... seems like they want a solution from me.
