I have made a purchase on October 25 2020, on ebay, I did the usual procedure, made the payment through PayPal, and after the payment was done, PayPal redirected me on eBay page and it was like the payment never happened. On eBay there was nothing in my purchases list, I contacted the seller, he replied that an order never came to him, and on PayPal there is nothing in my payments list or on not competed payments. It's like the payment never happened, but the money where withdrawn from my bank account and PayPal informed me in a notification that the money have to be accepted in order to complete the payment. What exactly is the problem? I want a refund of my money please. Thank you.
