Bought an item with paypal but did not login my account

I bought a tool shed from https://besttools.myshoplaza.com/ and paid with paypal.  I did not login my paypal account as I was using my friend's computer at that time. So I continue as a guest and complete the purchase and payment with a paypal receipt and confirmation email received. Somehow, the saler disappeared and the website become no longer availabe. I suspect it is a fraud. 

I never received my order and I could not find a way to lodge or file a dispute with paypal in order to get my money back since I paid with paypal as a guest. 

What could I do ? Please help.

You don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
