I had cancelled a order in Aliexpress.They said give your paypal account email address to refund.i sent my email address.
After that they reply this message to me..>>
Dear customer,
when we did the refund, we could not send the refund succssfully by paypal,
it failded and showed "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. "
can you RESET it and once done please tell us?
Or could you send us other paypal account?
we will do the refund again,
is that ok?
wait for your news
What i have to do? please reply ASAP

The option to ''receive'' paypal payments is not available in your country.
HOWEVER as long as its within 180 days that should not matter if the company are using the ''refund'' option as a refund would automatically go back to the card you used to pay for the item in the first place.
Is it within 180 days? If so then tell them to use the refund option and not the send money option.
Advice is voluntary.
