I dont receive my refund money to Bank Card

I receive money in PayPal accound, but i dont receive this money to my Bank Card, please help me to correct this problem, thanks (3 days ago i receive refund in Paypal accound, but i didnt receive Bank Card balance) (my location: Azerbaijan)

Refunds to cards may take up to 30 days depending on your card. Keep checking your card account for the refund.
