How to get my refund back?

The money refunded was sent to a card no longer active. How do I get it back? I would like for it to be sent to my PayPal account balance or a different card which is linked to my PayPal account.

It should bounce back to your balance, allow 14 working days and if no show then contact customer services for a trace.
