Hey folks - I have a client who is wanting to use her FHA "E-card" to pay for my services (health education classes) but it's not going through. What are their options? Or is there something else I can have them try?
What kind of card is that? Can’t even find anything on it on Google other than Federal Housing Association.
Is it Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover network backed? Not all cards are accepted. Better stick with bank issued cards, like Chase, Citibank, PNC, etc or even prepaid debit cards one can buy at the retail outlets.
