Hallo I have been connected my PayPal account with eBay account, but I can't pay anything. Does anyone can explain it to me why?

Unlink your PayPal from eBay by going to Account Settings (wheel icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
Click cancel.
Then Log on to eBay and go to My eBay > Account > Unlink PayPal
Go to make an eBay purchase, during checkout, click PayPal and log on and then try to complete payment.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
