Discord Refund From Paypal connected to GCash

So I received a refund from Discord, but this refund never appeared in my GCash account. I can't do anything about it either on my Paypal account considering it says that I have 0 funds in my account although it shows the Discord refund in my history. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Sorry to say this but it's been exactly 32 days and it still hasn't shown up. Just to add more info my PayPal's connected to my Amex card so my funds on paypal will always be on 0.
