Customer failed payments

I have started a small business helping people with video games. I have had a long standingnpaypal account so I decided to use it as an easy for for payment methods since it is safe and secure. The problem is, a couple of my customers have attempted to use their credit/debit card and even talked to their bank personally to see if the issue was on their end but it wasn’t. They are in different countries but they are in the 200 countries that PayPal has service in. I’ve already had one customer that it worked for so why not the others?

There has been some service disruptions to authorization captures for merchants:

I don’t think this has been the issue because there were 3 days in between the two people that tried to send me money. It would be an extremely unlikely coincidence, not to mention they tried multiple times.

I will attempt to send another invoice to one of my customers to see if there was just issues at those times...
