Card expired

Hi all I received a refund from parcel monkey. It shows in my wallet but not in my balance. It looks like it has been sent to a card that is no longer viable. I recently got a new card which is not registered to my wallet. What happens? How do I get my money?

Refunds paid for originally by a card always go back to that card.

If it was a debit card and old and new debit cards belong to the same bank account then it should go through ok.

If not then speak to your card issuer and see if they can recover it for you, if not and the refund declines it should bounce back to your paypal balance but you need to allow up to 30 days for it to do so.
