I have been trying to pay for an ebay item for the last 3 hours with no luck. I have a balance on my Paypal wallet and I have my card added for paying the remaining balance but whatever I try I receive this message from ebay
"Your payment didn't go through. Please select a different payment option and try again."
What is the issue? I have always been able to pay using Paypal on different sites.
