Any suggestions to getting money in my account to refund a purchase

Hello, i am trying to refund money to a buyer and for some reason my bank account and paypal wont link...yet i have been making purchases with my debit card all weekend.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get money to my buyer?  I asked her if she has a Venmo account.  Can i deposit money into paypal with my American Express?

Great question! Typically if you're unable to complete a refund, it's because the full balance isn't available on your PayPal account and we're having trouble processing the eCheck request from your bank. If this is the case, you may need to contact us directly  by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can assist with completing the refund from our end. I hope the issue is resolved soon! 🙂
