Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you have had unauthorised activity. It sounds like you will need to re-create the payment agreement you had with this merchant. You should be able to do this through the merchants site directly, if this is how the initial agreement was created. You can check the status of your agreements or subscriptions by clicking on 'Settings' -> 'Payments' -> 'Manage automatic payments'.
