Not possible. Can only add funds to PayPal from Trustly. Cannot move funds directly between Skrill and PayPal accounts. The only way is if you have a bank account in common linked with Skrill and PayPal. Withdraw funds from PayPal to the bank and then add funds from the bank account to Skrill.
