I'm surprised today by an overdraw fine this morning, my Belong internet bill been deducted twice on 2 Dec 2019 and 3 Dec 2019, and the consequence is it caused an overdraw fine on my commonwealth bank account.
By googling the resolution, I find this issue already happened in 2015 in Australia. what's the solution here, does Paypal has a quirk tradition of deducting twice from Australian customers?
What should I do about this? @Paypal
