Hi all, I am being pestered by someone I sent a refund to through PayPal to now give them cash because they haven’t received/claimed my transfer... this was actioned in June and they have just decided to get back to me about this recently. 😕
I have no status showing on the entry in question so I cannot tell if it is pending or has actually been received or not (although I suspect it has).
Is anyone able to clarify for me please how I can prove to them that they have claimed my money, or how I can rescind my transaction so that I can then give them cash and not be out of pocket...?
