where to find my refund

I asked a seller can he send me 4 injectors he said yes so I paid the money with my credit card and once the seller get the payment from pay pal say he only have 2 so it was not what we agreed on so he says he will refund my money back so where can I see if it is refunded

When a refund is issued, you would typically receive an email stating as such, and checking your activity in the PayPal account will show that a refund has been issued. If you don't end up receiving your refund, and the seller is not willing to work with you, then you can dispute the payment for not receiving what your ordered. If you go that route, you can use this information to file a dispute: How do I open a dispute with a seller?
