where is delete transaction

i have send payment to a seller..by mistake..it says "repeat this transaction"..so i tought that i didnt pay... i did it twice, i tried to delete

the same minute, and after.. and i could not do it

WHERE is option of CANCELL PAYMENT?? in in cases like that..many of paypal users dont understand english good..i dont for example

so what should i do??

please simple answers..english is not my language..i do know a little bit
