Hi could someone please tell me how I can get a screenshot to send to ebay, they say they need
Following details should be clearly visible in the screenshot:
Refund Status: As completed
PayPal refund transaction ID:
Refund Date:
Refund Amount:
Refund Currency:
Email address from which refund was sent (sender)
Email address to which refund was sent(Recipient)
However I am struggling where to go to find this on my paypal account, have tried a couple of times but each time they say they need all the above, please could anyone assist and tell me where I can find this info? many thanks jules
