Hello Everyone,
I'm a merchant on etsy and selling my product all over the globe.
I have received an order and it payment with it. But due to some reason i am unable deliver and want to cancel the order.
While making the cancellation and refund I'm facing some problem. I don't have balance in my paypal account. When i try to refund the amount it says that there is no balance in the account. But I didn't find any option to add money in my paypal wallet account since I'm handling account from India.
How can I refund the party then?
If I try to make a new payment then it is showing that I'm purchasing or taking service from that person and it's not in the form of refund.
Please answer.
