refund fees ?

i want to issue a full refund . Will the buyer get the full amount he sent me? Will i get charged fees for issuing a refund ?

If you refund through the original payment, the buyer will be refunded the full amount. PayPal keeps the fixed portion of the PayPal fee so you will be charged that.
