refund - canceled

hello,

what does it mean when the refund is crossed out and marked as "canceled - refund"? it says it was refund to my balance, but the balance claims 0.

please help.

Sounds as if the seller didn't have enough funds in their bank account to 'fund' the refund so it failed.

i wasnt sure what does it mean, even more unsure as the resolution center tells me that i have received the money… :(((

When you add a screenshot it takes about 2 hours to show up as it has to be approved by the moderators so none of your screen shots are showing at the moment so i can't help.
