can i transfer or pay from a credit card to a paypal account

Add and confirm a card to your paypal account and paypal will automatically charge the card for any purchases that you make.

I meant to get paid with a credit card, or the other person needs a paypal account as well?
If you link and confirm a credit card to your paypal account then you can purchase items and paypal will take directly from that card.
