problem with wish market refund

Hi.On January 3, at 11:12 pm,Because I was comparing these three phones.three mobile phones were mistakenly ordered from Wish Store without asking for confirmation or password of my paypal account.transaction number: 8UD0288052287294J 

Then at 11:17 pm the same day I emailed the seller and informed them of the purchase mistake.

Then at 11:18 pm the same day I emailed the paypal and informed them of the purchase mistake.

Paypal told me to solve my problem with the seller first.So I canceled these three orders by offering Wish Assistant separately at 00:19 am o'clock the same day through Wish Assistant available in the store's software.

Then, I received three emails, at 00:19 am o'clock each for one of the phones I had canceled.The text of the emails was:Status=>Refund   Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process.

Then after 14 days when the refund was not made to my PayPal account, I contacted the wish Assistant( Robot ), the only way to check the refund status.And they said the repayment had been completed on the same day of January 3rd and had been sent to Paypal.

So I contacted PayPal seriously, but they said the seller had not sent them any refunds and I sent the seller a reply and told them to check.Then paypal came to a conclusion:The next was the billing agreement ID: -8YA28022V5210540H is started on the 31. Juli 2019 with a total amount of 461,50 € EUR . So is possilble that no external acces your Account but it was in your wish account so we nee d a check from wish.

But I have not received any money or mobile phones yet.I want my money to be returned to my PayPal account first, or to have those three handsets sent to me.

My three hundred and twenty-three euros have been deducted from my PayPal and bank account. But neither my money has been refunded nor the three mobile phones have been sent to me.

I am incredibly sorry you have had such a hard time with these transactions, I know it can be frustrating so I look forward to offering you some advice in regards to this situation.

 

It appears by your description that negotiations with the seller have been of no use for getting your refund, its time to bring this case to either your bank or paypal, this means, opening a dispute. You can either choose to call your bank, explain the situation, and have them reverse the charge either on the groups of a billing issue (as you were supposed to receive a refund) or an item not received case (since you haven't received the item). Bank reversals typically provide your money ban instantly while your bank creates a case with the seller. Alternatively, you can open a dispute with paypal, this might be the only option you have if you paid with your paypal balance. Disputing with paypal is a bit of a longer process, you'll have to wait atleast 10 days to receive funds. As I stated earlier, you can either open an Item not received case or an case pertaining to a billing issue. At the very least, this will spur a response from your seller who may be more inclined to resolve this issue than before
