I use Paypal as a checkout method on my website. I allow people to check out with a credit or debit card as opposed to having a paypal account. Though in my Website Preferences I have "contact number not required" checked, it still asks people for their phone number. How come, and how do I disable the phone number requirement? People don't like that!
