Hi I bought a item for £249.99 on ebay using paypal credit and it didn't turn up, after about 3 days I paid off paypal credit completely so balance was zero. I had to get ebay involved as the seller at first said she had refunded me but the payment showed as cancelled on paypal after a few days. ebay then sent me an email on the 4th saying they have refunded me I checked paypal statement and it said +£249.99 refund complete so I debit it and sent to my bank account which was through send funds and zoom (I don't know not very good with paypal) a few days later paypal automatically debited my bank account and took the payment back I am now down by £249.99 tried to call paypal and online chat cant get through. my paypal balance is still showing -£249.99 the money has left my bank account but I don't really know whats going on any help pleae?
