I tried to place an order, but the shop rejected it - twice. PayPal took both payments from my account (card). The store says no orders were placed, PayPal activity shows no transactions, but my balance is still missing the amount.
Sent PayPal an email, which keeps saying to check the activity tab, but that shows me nothing.

Please contact your bank and advise them of this issue. When you make a purchase, the funds will leave your available bank balance instantly. They may be held in a pending account until the funds complete to the merchant or in this case PayPal. If you advise the bank that the order was not placed and the funds will not be collected, they may be able to manually release the funds back into your account.
